Leading Sony Crackle’s design team through rapid transformation, working closely with product to redefine collaboration, improve ways of working, and deliver a cohesive, cross-platform user experience.

I was engaged to conduct a review of the Sony Crackle user experience and to develop a design strategy for Sony’s global VOD Product portfolio. A re-design of the Sony Crackle TV App and an offer to relocate to Los Angeles followed.

Spearheaded by the successful re-launch of the TV App, the re-design of the website and mobile apps followed. The result was a significant increase in user visits and satisfaction. Subsequently, the Sony Crackle UXD framework was used as a foundation for a re-design of Sony’s international OTT channel websites.
